Ready to Apply?
If you would like to enroll your child to Apple Tree Kindergarten and Nursery, please complete our online application form.
As soon as we receive the filled in application form we are going to send you an e-mail answer confirming the arrival of the form. In case you do not receive this confirmation within 2 working days please contact Apple Tree.
If Apple Tree is in a position to offer your child a place you will receive a letter from Apple Tree within 3 working days. In this letter you will find an Enrollment Form for your child accompanied with other necessary documentation and instructions. If Apple Tree is not in a position to offer your child a place you will receive a letter confirming this within 3 working days.
